Joseph A. Hynds has been practicing across the full spectrum of IP law at Rothwell Figg for over 25 years, with a particular focus on patent infringement litigation. He has extensive experience in all aspects of patent litigation in US district courts; he has handled cases covering a broad range of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, electrical, mechanical and medical device technologies; and he has participated in numerous appeals to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Hynds has particular expertise in Hatch-Waxman litigation and related issues. Additionally, he has served as lead counsel in numerous Inter Partes Review, Covered Business Method and Post Grant Review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
